The Hydrogen Stick packaging is both recyclable and compostable. When your Hydrogen Stick needs to be replaced (usually every 6 months), simply reuse the envelope it arrived in or the envelope of your replacement stick and send the expended stick back to Hydrogen Friends for recycling. We also ship via the U.S. Postal Service. Since the USPS goes to your mailbox each day anyway, adding a lightweight Hydrogen Stick to the mail has practically a negligible impact.
